Today I visited a new bookstore in Utrecht (well, an old store in a new building) and found out their music department had grown a lot since my last visit.
Besides Steve Hackett's A Genesis In My Bed I bought two books on album-cover albums:
- Mute: A Visual Document From 1978>Tomorrow by Terry Burrows with Daniel Miller
- The Art Of Punk + New Wave Covers.
But the most interesting new book I found was Graeme Thomson: Small Hours - The Long Night Of John Martyn (2020). (I haven't read Some People Are Crazy: The John Martyn Story by John Neil Munro b.t.w.)

Knock on Woodstock by Elliot Tiber. The first book he wrote about his life in White Lake, NY, and his supposed role in the Woodstock festival in 1969. His second book, Taking Woodstock, which was made into the movie of the same name, is pretty much a rehash of the first one. I rewatched the movie last night. It's very enjoyable, and it's one of the few movies I've seen that is better than the book.
