Scrapple is typically made of hog offal, such as the head, heart, liver, and other trimmings, which are boiled with any bones attached (often the entire head), to make a broth.

    Yuch!!!!

However, I will see your scrapple and raise you a mountain oyster delicacy:

Rocky Mountain oysters, or mountain oysters, or meat balls, also known as prairie oysters in Canada (French: animelles), is a dish made of bull testicles. The organs are often deep-fried after being skinned, coated in flour, pepper and salt, and sometimes pounded flat. This delicacy is most often served as an appetizer.

Piffle. Scrapple is, yes, made from parts of the pig you don't want to think about - just like any pork sausage. It is also the most delicious food to come out of the Pennsylvania Dutch country (and, yes, that includes sticky-buns and shoo-fly pie).
Cobra handling and cocaine use are a bad mix.

Now, we know the origins of that great Hawkwind song:

    I've got an orgone accumulator
    It makes me feel greater
    I'll see you sometime later
When I'm through with my accumulator
    It's no social integrator
    It's a one man isolator
    It's a back brain stimulator
    It's a cerebral vibrator
    Those energy stimulators

Just turn your eyeballs into craters

    ^^

Of course all of this is based on Wilhelm Reich one of the most controversial figures in time. To throw him in the same box as
Hildegard von Bingen is really a very strange Thing.

At least Hildegard von Bingen was a gifted composer.

I went to college in Pennsylvania and got try various local (Amish, German) food items. I like most of them. Shoo-fly pie, except for the crust, is almost solid brown sugar. When I drive through PA on my way down to ProgDay, I stop in a local market that sells all sorts of Amish foods. You can buy a solid 5-pound brick of frozen scrapple.

I guess that when you have "excess Orgone energy" you can contemplate the Escher designs and transfer it to the tile for use on Date night.

A device to collect the bioenergy "Orgone" discovered by a strange guy called Wilhelm Reich (who has a very interesting Vita).

    https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wilhelm_Reich

Orgone is supposed to have positive effects on bio objects (Food, People etc.), which is most likely bullshit.

The Thing I posted is just some Wood, glass and metal foil with strange symbols to fool idiots believing in esoteric stuff.

Kate Bush's Cloudbusting is based on Reich by the way.

The thing about Reich is, his ideas were never actually given any scientific study. THey were just declared "beyond the pale" by the respectable Scientifice Establsihment, and therefore needed no testing; they were de facto false.

Rather like the scientific establishment of the 1700s that declared meteorites nonexistent. "There are no rocks in the sky, therefore rocks can't fall from the sky."

Even more stupid. At least cigarettes can be enjoyed, though they are bad for your health.
