So what do folks think about this surprise, basically free Phish album? I think it’s pretty good. A better listen than their studio albums sometimes are, and more relaxed with less annoying vocals. The title track’s been in my head a lot.

I'm liking it. On my 4th or 5th listen so far and despite the fact that I always feel cheated when songs that have been lingering around for a long while are presented as new, I am enjoying the takes, especially some of the jamming. I agree it seems more relaxed than some of the other recent stuff, but I also think some of Trey's songwriting these days is very formulaic. Hoping I get to see them this summer, even though that seems unlikely.
I'm enjoying it quite a bit. It's got a laid-back feel that arrived at the right time during all the anxiety I've been feeling. The songs are pleasant, the jamming is enjoyable. All in all, a good and comforting listen.
