Number One Song Day You Were Born

Got mouse problems so I said frak it and we'll start a brand new thread. I know there's one out there but I'm too frustrated with this mouse as it's been a while and now when I really need it to bloody WORK it barely does.

Let's try and link something, eh?

    https://playback.fm/birthday-song

If it works, go from there. The Doors suck, why did it have to be the frakking DOORS for me? Couldn't be Yummy, Yummy, Yummy?

Theme from A Summer Place. Percy Faith

While I don't remember it personally.....I DO recall it in Animal House...was it the Handjob scene?

I went to Wikipedia for this....that way you don't have to give your personal information (birthday) to a questionable website Phishing for data.

Come On-a My House, Rosemary Clooney. Composed by the guy who later became David Seville of The Chipmunks (“Alvin!!”), lyrics by author William Saroyan. Band conducted by Mitch Miller, featuring that rare Top Ten instrument, a harpsichord, played by later-famous composer/pianist Stan Freeman.

I’ve always considered this a rather auspicious “birth song,” full of potential and foreshadowing. Later, in the Sixties, when harpsichords started appearing again on the radio (Rolling Stones, Simon & Garfunkel, etc.) it seemed quite natural somehow.

"Mother-in-Law", sung by Ernie K-Doe, written and produced by Allen Toussaint. Silly, but kinda cool. Nice groove and horns.

Ooh, I want that one! (And not just because it would make me seven years younger!)

Teen Angel by Mark Dinning. It's cool that this song was used for the film American Graffiti:
