One of these would have been perfect for my new Kindle. I already bought a stand. Nothing as beautiful as this. Purely functional.As a way to use cut-offs from other projects, I started making stands for cell phones & tablets. I hate to waste anything.

Finally finished the cherry/epoxy table. I’m exhausted. The base is made with mahogany, walnut & cherry. I like the base better than the top. LOL

Found a wood worker guy in the Port area of Tacoma selling some slabs. Great guy! He sold me a slab for $100 that he thought was walnut. Turned out it is Osage. He said, “You just paid $100 for a $600 slab.” Ha!
