    PROGEEZER Take 3,4,5,6, etc.

HE LIVES! (Albeit in assisted living with a wheelchair and a walker)

Rather than reply to all the PMs and concerns singularly, and with all of the new issues I'm dealing with as a NON-independent human being, I figured I'd just start this on the main board and reach the highest number of you at once. Yesterday was the first time I logged onto my PC for any reason for more than 2 months, and I'm still coming to grips with my new reality, so my posts may be pretty sporadic for a while.

I want to (tearfully) thank all of you for the love and concern, with a special shout out to those who reached out individually to me and have waited this long to hear that while broken in spots, the heart, lungs and (slowly returning) spirit are still here.

More love than you can even imagine for all of you.

    Geezer

It's great to see you on PE again! Even if sporadic. Take care of yourself. It so great to get the update Steve. You're officially PE's new answer to Lino. Everybody loves you!

Good to hear your fighting spirit is strong. Though we’ve never met & I’m not an exuberant poster, I’ve always enjoyed your comments & feel we’d have been friends. Carry on brightly!

Hey, Steve. Glad to hear you are progressively :-) returning to your "old" self-effacing and grizzled self. Hope to hear many more stories from you! Take very good care!

Sorry to read about your health issues Steve and how things have progressed to the point you need assisted living.
From the years of reading your posts, I gather you're a tough old bird who can hang with the best of them.
Whether you're hanging around at a festival or a assisted living, you're still going to kick ass and keep the pedal to the medal, all the while playing some of the greatest music ever created.
And even in a wheelchair, you can play some damn fine air guitar, throw in some air synthesizer and drums and no one will see your physical limitations.

Please keep a positive outlook through the darkest times, and message any one of us if you need to talk.

I don't know you either, but always get a good feeling from your posts.
Stay strong and take good care of yourself.
    Best wishes from France.
