I haven't had a single puff of nicotine (not a bad thing) OR a single toke of cannabis in any form (a horrible thing) since October.

When the weather gets warm and i have my motorized wheelchair or when they pass the medical mj law the latter will change.

Rather than reply to all the PMs and concerns singularly, and with all of the new issues I'm dealing with as a NON-independent human being, I figured I'd just start this on the main board and reach the highest number of you at once. Yesterday was the first time I logged onto my PC for any reason for more than 2 months, and I'm still coming to grips with my new reality, so my posts may be pretty sporadic for a while.

I want to (tearfully) thank all of you for the love and concern, with a special shout out to those who reached out individually to me and have waited this long to hear that while broken in spots, the heart, lungs and (slowly returning) spirit are still here.

More love than you can even imagine for all of you.

    Geezer
    I love you.

If you know your fairytales, you should know breadcrumbs are not a good idea.

Wish you all the best Steve.

A neighbour of my dad is opting for some kind of assisted living. She is a year younger than me, but her condition is far worse than mine, or that of my dad.

Sorry to learn of this news, it's another example of the aging anomaly. I was forced to retire due to health issues, I am a pup of 60y.o. And sadly have been watching friends and family succumb to things like dementia, arthritis, strokes, heart failure, cancer and other serious bs.
I am in MN, next door if you will, I wish you the best as you navigate this episode of your life. Always remind yourself that there is always something to look forward to everyday. Take good care "geez"

I had a grandfather who lived to be 95. He said the secret to a long life is having something to look forward to.

Steve please be smart and keep on hand a good supply of condoms.

    STEVE!

Thanks for the update! I sure hope things get better.

Yesterday I was thinking how nice you were to sell me your CD of the Kompendium project.
    Thanks again!

    One day at a time...

Especially with this virus going around. It’s not something to take lightly.

Yes, for sure. I hope he's okay and that the facility he's staying at is keeping everyone there safe and healthy.
