Wurzburg is beautiful (though there is no Albi Cathedral ), I have been to the festival 3 times and all were worthwhile.
This year current lineup is still missing one (or 2?) headliners, and the facebook page suggests that they are hoping for a Present show, that would definitely tip my scales...
Thanks! Sounds very nice! Sausages and all (classic sausage-fest?). Present would a wonderful addiotion!

Looks like there is still no news for PROGTOBERFEST in Chicago unless it's off.

It would be cool to see CAMEL or ELOY at one of these festivals, ticket autobuy for me!

Exceedingly unlikely to completely unlikely in North America.

I think they have announced a date for it. My sister found it somewhere on the net.

Let the guessing begin. I'll go with a large bird 🐦watching convention with laser
    Iights and dry ice.

    I like this comment:

In an act of high irony, Rob is going to produce a prog festival cruise to compete with CTTE on the just-launched Titanic II that will have a reunion of all the remaining members of Gentle Giant as a headliner. He’ll name the festival “Danceband on the Titanic”.

This is close to the decadal anniversary of the Apocalypse

It’s not a secret that CTTE has occurred in that time frame and 2022 will be ~10 years since the Apocalypse, and its a good time to be in Florida or the Caribbean. A post-Apocalyptic Art Rock fest in the black hole in the center of the Bermuda Triangle is in order

Is Rosfest fairly well attended? I only know Big Big Train, but that alone is worth a trip to Florida for sure.
