Due to the transport strike in France my train last Friday was cancelled and I took an earlier bus to Brussels . Brussels was only a stopover for me, but I had three hours and decided to pass some time in a record shop. So I checked out some reviews and as Veals and Geeks had some good reviews I decided to give it a try. The shop is in a nice area near the Grande Place and there are other record shops nearby. So Veals and Geeks offers mainly vinyl , about half of them second hand and a decent CD section. The price level for the vinyl is quite high, average25-30 Euros but they have A an excellent Proghead choice and B the second hand records range from VG+ to Near Mint. They have real big Italian, French and Japanese prog sections. Finally I went home with a Near Mint UK First National Health and a Mint Farewell To Aldebaran, a 2016 reprint by Omnivore records. Definitely a place to be checked oit in Brussels.
