    That Tibet fella.

This is more of a 'where to start' really. I thought here might be a good place to ask as i've seen them mentioned a few times over the years.

Their last album has a kind of low key psych-folkiness that i really like, but i'm not adverse to howling noise either. I've heard bits of the 80's stuff which hasn't really grabbed me and i liked some of Thunder Perfect Mind and that more recent one with John Zorn, but with such a huge catalogue of music it's tough to know what to go for next.

Listening now and it's quite good, certainly very different from the other stuff i've heard. Interesting to read it was recorded after the death of his father and recorded in the shadow of Tibet's own near death experience. It's rather elegaic in parts.

Not really into the Crowley obsessed neo-folk aspect so much, plus he was working with some seriously dodgy fuckers (Boyd Rice, Tony Wakeford, Douglas P) around this time... i'll pass.
