David Sylvian - Secrets of the Behive is the perfect late summer/ early autumn album for me.
Yeah it has a feel of the sun still being out, for me. Starting with the opening lyrics. And 'One For The Vine' and 'Wot Gorilla' especially. It sounds like September for me pretty much throughout. But then I recall listening to it in September and 'Blood On The Rooftops' fitting the mood so perfectly.

↑Shame on me for forgetting that one!
Confirmed Bachelors: the dramedy hit of 1883...
Yesterday this one was in my player while I traveled to work: OAK - Where Did The Summer Go (from Lighthouse):
Tunnel Into Summer - Kimberley Rew
We're trying to build a monument to show that we were here
It won't be visible through the air
And there won't be any shade to cool the monument to prove that we were here. - Gene Parsons, 1973

Ritual - Late In November
Kingfisher Sky - November
Yeah, I know the OP is the leader of the banned, but I was feeling autumny
Weezer "The Last Days Of Summer"
Death Cab For Cutie "Summer Skin"
And Biffy Clyro's "Fingers And Toes" contains this lyric:
When the summer ends
You can feel it
Cause the walls come closing in
Don't conceal it
It's good to feel alone sometimes
Love me some Biffy!!!
The Prog Corner
Rush - Time Stand Still
Summer’s going fast, nights growing colder
Children growing up, old friends growing older
Freeze this moment a little bit longer
Make each sensation a little bit stronger
Perfect song for a day like today in Michigan: leaves falling and a slight rain...
