Lollapaolooza Sunday - help a Prog fan out...

Attending Sunday - essentially to chaperone my kids. They will be watching various bands and artists they follow.

I've scoured the schedule looking for an act that may be remotely interesting to me...watched some videos...and I feel old.

I'm up for anything musically but I've yet to come across anything that looks worthwhile.

For those in the know or may be attending - point me in the direction of some good tunes on Sunday and I will trust your judgement...

I am not familiar with most of the lineup, but would recommend:

Tame Impala - These guys are a little bit proggy.

Gary Clarke Jr. - If you are into blues at all he is a must see. I've seen him twice and he is great.

Slash featuring Myles Kennedy - Seen them twice too and they put on a great show for straight up rock n roll. Slash has put out some very good solo albums in recent years and Kennedy is one of the best vocalists in rock today.

Oops.....sorry, the only one playing Sunday is Slash with Myles Kennedy. I read the original post wrong.
