    The Atlanta Prog Scene

Hello everyone. For several years, I've been active in the prog/experimental scene in Atlanta. I've recently curated a playlist of all the active progressive rock/metal, experimental, and jazz fusion acts in town that I'm aware of, including my own (Great Wide Nothing), and that of Progressive Ears admin Sean Tonar (Story of a Life), and I'd love to share some of the amazing music we have down here with you!

You can check out the playlist at this link: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/6j...SiyTmmIQUCNzSg

Additionally, if you're aware of more bands/artists that are not on this playlist but should be, please reach out to me! I'm always looking for amazing local talent in the same (or a similar) musical niche, especially because I book an annual locals-only prog festival and love bringing new bands onboard each year. As long as they're currently active and making weird music, I'm all ears.

Hope you all enjoy what you hear.

Thanks, I just randomly clicked on a song by Kucoshka. Sounds great. I'll check more of this playlist when I'm driving.
