The first one is that Marvel Defenders comic from '76 that is dedicated to Alex Geddy and Neil and the second is an unauthorized and not entirely accurate bio from the early '90's by Revolutionary Comics which published unauthorized comics and on a ton of those rock bands.
I'd have to see more to consider this one.
