    tool twists No Quarter

Ah the good old days (1994) when they were just a cover band.

    Maynard: escaped his straightjacket again....

Justin- still perfecting his lead bass technique.

Danny- Can't think of anyone better to replicate the power of Bonham.

I wish there was news on a new album or tour, but nothing new I believe...

MJK looks kinda like Peter Gabriel circa '72-'73 in that clip.

There's a studio version of this as well - the riff is MASSIVE

Now this is something I've been waiting to see for a long time. The next best thing to their long rumored live DVD, this is a full tool concert in HD:

Sure it is fan shot, but a pretty credible job if you ask me.

    Here's the setlist

    Jambi
    Ions
    Stinkfist
    Forty-Six & 2
    Schism
Rosetta Stoned (patched with footage from Spokane, WA 12/7/2007)
    Flood
    Wings for Marie (Pt 1)
    10,000 Days (Wings, Pt 2)
Lateralus (w/ Trey Gunn on Warr guitar, Pat Mastelotto on drums from King Crimson)
    Vicarious
How about that? Trey and Pat from King Crimson starts at 1:27 on Lateralus.

Yeah, I might have posted this one first, but I only found this after seeing the original clip. Speaking of that, the contrast in stage shows from 1994 till 2007 is quite striking. I thought the sound on this new one is more then good for a boot, played loud through my main system...well let me echo one of the comments on the video...
