Karl Jenkins: 'Piano'
Not being particularly familiar with Karl Jenkins' work, it has taken me quite a few listens to make my mind up about 'Piano', the new album issued to mark his 75th birthday. All the pieces are Jenkins compositions in miniature. I like the album. Like Rick and Vangelis' releases, there's a lot of serenity to be found here. His famous 'Benedictus' make an early appearance - though its transcendent beauty is I think best captured by 2Cellos.
Any other listeners? And what is generally regarded as Jenkins' best album?

Parrots Ripped My Flesh
The blurb I saw at multiple sites claimed it features him at the keyboard for the first time, so I quit reading it at that paragraph.
Not really familiar with his stuff post SM, aside from the occasional hearing of an Adiemus track or two on a couple of Pure Moods samplers that my wife bought.
