Very entertaining first half. Been some pretty amazing catches. Titans D are playing their asses off.

Vrabel's game plan has been brilliant, especially on the defensive side of the ball.

    28-6 in the 3rd

Isn't this about the time when the Ravens start to thug up on their opponent? Let's hope it doesn't get ugly.

I can imagine the post-game interviews-
Sideline Reporter: "Were you happy with the way the game unfolded?"
Referee: "Of course. We didn't have to break a sweat."

Balmer's receivers win the "hands of stone" award tonight

who the heck is this kid named Tannehill? Is he a rookie?

Why wasn't he this great with his last team?
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?

A bigger shock than Nawlins losing at home last weekend.

Oh, and Tannehill was an effective game manager. They didn't win on his arm, they won with their defense and pounding Henry.

Not a good day for anyone wearing purple.

Very happy for the much maligned Tannehill. That first TD was incredible, both the throw and the catch.

Condolences to Ed. I wasn't rooting for the Ravens (too much history,) but I know how it feels to have my team bow out when they were expected to take it all down.

I still can't believe the Ravens didn't come back and find a way to win the game. Congrats Titans.

Imagine if somehow the Titans find themselves in the Superbowl (the SB is in Miami....). Anyway, good for Tanny. I guess it says more about the Dolphins organization than Tanny. We're famous for getting rid of players and seeing them become successful on other teams. Wonder how good Tanny would be with our new coaching regime.

Let’s go back to Sept 22 and the first loss to KC:

The Ravens went for it on fourth down four times against the Kansas City Chiefs, converting three of those opportunities. Twice the Ravens went for it on fourth down in their own territory, converting once and failing once.

They also failed on three attempted two-point conversions, including once in the fourth quarter when a successful extra point would have put them 10 points behind instead of 11.

Announcers in this game lied about the Ravens success on going on 4th down during the season, saying it was successful. It’s the going for it on their own territory early in the game which is STUPID, sorry. The Ravens get arrogant and rationalize costly mistakes which really matter against tough teams. Tennessee was getting better at the end of their season, and thus were underrated. They remind me of the 2000 Ravens which started rough but finished strong. There is no replacement for solid muscle running. The Ravens have lost when they had holes, even with the magic Lamar. The KC and Browns losses were primarily the result of less than exemplary secondary defense performance. That was corrected, but Ingram’s injury opened up a significant weakness relative to the best opponents. Tennessee’s defense was incredible, I’d say at a Ravens 2000 level. TN has those components of strong defense and ass kicking running game that allows Tannihill make a few good passes. However, a team can not survive on the passing game as easily anymore since PI is ignored or has been liberalized. TN has adapted, Pees is a genius.
