The job GM John Schneider did for the Seahawks this offseason is pretty damned impressive.

You begin with Frank Clark and 4 draft picks.

You end up with Jadavion Clowney and 11 draft picks.

    Not bad.

Great move by Clowney but not being involved in that mess and going to a pretty good situation in Seattle.

NFL starts tonight. Sounds like Antonio Brown may have already worn out his welcome in Oakland/Las Vegas.

Dazzling opener. The guy on the radio promised he would try to make it sound exciting. He could not.

How long before OBJ alienates Browns fans?

    Ere the season concludes.
Perhaps finding the happy medium is harder than we know.

^ yes...this game was certainly an appropriate one to celebrate 100 years of football, as it was a throwback to that day and age.

The Packers somehow beat the Bears in Chicago by the exciting score of 10-3, and looked less than mediocre doing it. The Bears just looked a tad worse.

How many times in the Bears history have they fielded one of the best front sevens in football only to send a mediocre offense onto the field. You hold Aaron Rogers to 10 points and lose by 7.

Glad I went to see Frank Gambale, even though Dennis Chambers was just going through the motions.

It also illustrates that maybe the Steelers weren’t the problem after all.

The "Don't play your starters in the preseason" model also took a shellacking last night. Both teams looked so rusty that the moving parts had frozen up.

Big time with for the Pack last night. This is a game the bears may point to later in the season if they end up out of the playoffs or do not take the division. Early on it looked like the Pack wouldn't even get so much as a first down. I thought Trubinsky looked very rusty and also made a few very poor decisions. That INT in the endzone should never have been thrown...

that game was even more boring than the last Super Bowl
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?
