    It died, it rotted, strange plants & fungi sprouted from the carcass. And they taste excellent!

    I look forward to another moribund year in 2019 when I find thirty or so superb albums (and probably miss out on twice as many more...).

    My 'best of' list for 'SoT' is a top 45. That doesn't include any jazz where there were many awesome releases this year. There were also many others I didn't have the opportunity to purchase yet but will slowly acquire in 2019. Bottom line - another very strong year for music.

    An embarassment of riches as far as I'm concerned. I can barely keep up, and that's primarily in the symph arena.
