Any time any one speaks to me about any musical project, the one absolute given is "it will not make big money". [tip of the hat to HK]

    Unequivocally so.

You'd think that people would have had enough of silly prog threads
I look around me and I see it isn't so
Some people want to fill this site with silly prog threads
    And what's wrong with that
    I'd like to know
    'Cause here I go again
I love Yes, I love Yes
I love Yes, I love Yes

The answer lies in the thread itself. The people with the highest IQs are obviously gathered here.

(Although I don't feel fully correlated tonight, tbh.)

I'm patting myself on the back like someone in the news every day

    oh wait...

is this the thread for intelligent people only?
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?

I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart

wait... I thought we were supposed to compare

    love

    to

    prog and intelligence

being of supreme intelligence myself, I choose prog and intelligence over love
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?

Some of the least intelligent AND silly people I have ever met I met at prog gigs/festivals.

I guess that covers both threads.
