^^^ Blocco Mentale POA is excellent indeed IMO.

Recently listened to G.F. Fitz-Gerald - Mouseproof, very interesting. "One of the most unconventional albums ever recorded, this avant-garde psychedelic suite contains elements of folk, jazz, rock and electronica, but has a sound and atmosphere all of its own. Recorded in 1970, but barely released (despite the enthusiastic support of John Peel), original copies now sell for astronomical sums. Guest performers include Judy Dyble (Fairport Convention), Rik Kenton (Roxy Music) and Geoff Leigh (Gong, Kevin Ayers, Henry Cow)." - Forced Exposure.

    Re-issued on Sunbeam in 2006.

"The Rubberband Man" by the Spinners, because it was the only song featured in Avengers: Infinity War, which we saw in the theater last night. There may have been music on the car radio on the drive home, but I couldn't hear it because the movie volume was louder than some rock concerts I have attended.

always a great listen, I love this 2016 concert Joe starts by himself (the band will be along in a minute; I'm just going to do a couple of things by myself") and then adds the band. Killer concert!

That's pretty much what they did Sat night, comes out solo and does a tune, then the long time bass player Maby comes out and they do a tune or 2, then rest of band.
I always thought Jackson could use a sax/reed player for his tunes in addition to just a guitarist, I think on one tour I saw he did, but it was a very fine show, 4th time I've seen him live(but first since 2005).

At the risk of causing you to kick yourself, I did notice when checking setlists that he recently played in Munhall? PA and Harrisburg PA, but of course PA is a big state. His tours the last few years are a bit odd. He said he's hitting some places he hasn't played in a long time on this tour (13 years for us in StL). I recently found out he played last summer all over the Midwest including Kansas City and I completely missed the boat on that tour.

    Hey, Weaz, long time no!

The last thing I listened to was the Roger Waters live version of "Shine On You Crazy Diamond."
