    COUNTRY FUNK - 'SAME' (1970)

    I would demur at calling this country ,and certainly its not funk.
    The sound is West Coast (even though they are considered "Bosstown Sound") with excelent vocal harmonies alla CSN&Y and Byrds.
    There is fuzz guitar - but also a sleepy ballad or two.

    Not the sort of music I really go for but there is no denying it that for what they are doing, these guys were talented.

    If your into this bluesy folk popsike sound, this lp will surprize you.
    Massively overlooked.
