    I also got ours and digging it a lot. Probably will pick up theirs at some point as well.

    Going to see the Mary Halvarsson quartet doing John Zorn in two months from now.
    No idea what to expect from that.

    who is in the quartet?

    My guess is that you should expect a really good show!! I've seen her in a lot of different formats and they were all really good shows.

    Great band. That exact band made a really good Tzadik release.

    Every one of those players is a monster. I hope you enjoy the show; I'd love to see that.

    Fantastic show it was. Indeed 4 monsters on their instruments but especially the interplay betweem miles and mary on guitar was mindblowing. Miles Okazaki in a more traditional style and Mary Halvarson in her own unique style.

    Very impressed. I am a fan.
