    COLOUR HAZE
    Keep it low Festival
    Hansa 69, Muenchen, Bavaria, Germany
    October - 19 - 2013
    Late show ---
    from SEETHELIGHT7 collection # 525
    ---
    Rec. Info:
    OKM2R -> ZOOM H2 (at Wav 16/44) -> SD card -> HD -> WeTransfer -> My HD -> Audacity (edit/remaster) -> WAV 16/44 -> TLH8 -> FLAC -> DIME -> YOUR EARS AND MIND...
Unfortunately this was not taped on the usual Nuernberg Tapers prime spot, as due to the quick and overlapping setup schedule on those three locations, a quick turnover was almost
impossible to do without the BEAM technology. As you all know this is still ahead of us, walking is the only way. But the room was almost packed, so it's a very nice surprise to get
this quite excellent sounding tape from dear SEETHELIGHT7. I've only lowered the mighty bass trebles just a little bit to provide you with an even better sound. Just a little bit!
Due to taping position there are no pics this time. You can't always get what you want...
    ---
The final tape from the taping efforts of SEETHEFUZZ7 and SEETHELIGHT7 on that great KEEP IT LOW festival in Muenchen, the home of bavarian (hey not barbarian!) lifestyle of beer,
breezeln and weisswurscht... But there's always something between the usual tourists' fake-off...So, how about a show from the local matadors?
As the festival celebrated the 10th anniversary of elektrohasch records, which is run by Stefan from Colour Haze, it should be more than just a "normal" thing that they closed out
the party on one of the big stages. And, of course, they delivered all the goods...
COLOUR HAZE? For those who don't know: These three nice guys from Muenchen are the "Godfathers" of german stoner rock, if not from whole Europe. Oh, the more modern way, more
psychedelic than bands like KYUSS or QUEENS OF THE STONE AGE, but latter bands were/are from the USA. Colour Haze's sound is way different from those desert rock bands, as they can
juggle with different influences as well. You don't believe? Just go ahead and listen to this and other great performances that'd been shared here before.
Now it's time to shut my mouth and get you the pure enjoyment of a fantastic show! SB.

You can ask here, sure, no matter what JIF says!

I haven't heard any MM albums since 4-way Diablo and I have never seen them live. I don't think they come up here too often, if ever.

I recently found Fu Manchu's "Go For It...Live!" in a thrift store, so I had to buy it. The 2 disc set was my introduction to the band. I had never heard them before I got the album home. Good stuff!

I also have tripled my collection of High On Fire albums. What a great band.

Great list, Spacefreak! Damn, I still have a lot of catching up to do! Still need that new Horisont just for starters. Hopefully I'll be able to treat myself in a couple of weeks. I'll use your list to fill in the ones I'm missing.

The Horisont is really good, imo. I wouldn't call it Stoner though. They have a mid-late '70s vibe to them, ala Lizzy or UFO.
