Yves, do you do bit torrent at all? This show is pretty easily available on places like The Pirate Bay and probably Dimeadozen as well. Otherwise, there are programs out there if you want to download/convert Youtube vids but I find the quality isn't all that great.

No I don't Steve. Honestly, I'd probably just rip this to a DVD, watch it once or twice, and forget I own it.

Yves, Realplayer has a download function for vids and there's also a program called YTD Video Downloader. If you install the later, make sure you avoid allowing it to set up Spigot in your system.

I used to have the audio and vid of this. If I still have it either one (haven't listened to Sabs in a while), I'll be happy to send you a copy via WeTransfer.

Overall a decent listen 7/10.
I'm not crazy about Yob's vocals either, but I dig the music so much I can tolerate the vocals ( which IMO are not too up front on most Yob recordings).

Just got the latest from German band Samsara Blues Experiment, "Waiting For the Flood". Very good, 4 LONG tunes, tons of heavy riffs, wah-wah guitar solos, reverb drenched vocals, trippy sound effects...yep, just what you'd expect.

They are not stoner but very infectuous ultra heavy sludge doom with an atmospheric aspect to it as well. Mournful and slow that oftenly comes crashing down like a jackhammer...

Probably. I know of two other Wall of Sleep-s. The UK mid 90s heavy rock that got an album out on Nick Saloman's (aka Bevis Frond) Woronzow label and the Hungarian doom metalers.

For those of you who like their music retro but their formats modern, where do you but your stoner downloads? For convenience sake I'd been using iTunes exclusively, but they don't have the new Samsara Blues Experiment.

I'll look into it. iTunes is my first choice because I'm all set up for fast easy payment. I don't PayPal.

Not sure if Green Milk From The Planet Orange has been listed...don't let the first few minutes fool you, some of the later stuff is so filthy you'll wanna' be sure the tetanus shots are up to date.
