Lunatic Soul - Under The Fragmented Sky

For fans of Riverside who’ve yet to discover Mariusz Duda’s side project Lunatic Soul, his new album Under The Fragmented Sky might be an enjoyable introduction.

More of a mini album, or maxi single, it gives a pretty good overview of the sounds and rhythms that Duda has experimented with over the previous LS albums, and is a nice stop-gap while we wait for the next Riverside album.

I’ve put together a short blog review of this new LS release for any of you interested in music that is Riverside-related, or even just interested in thoughtful music that focuses on mood and effect:

I love this new album. A cross between Riverside and Tangerine Dream...
