There are no concerts from Sept 9 to Nov 6 if that is accurate. Methinks they may be adding more dates.....

Wake me up when they change their setlist.

another downside of my situation the three so cal shows are the first shows so I can't see what the setlist is before deciding if I wanna make a little weekend trip out of it. would be rather bummed to get down there and see the same stuff.

There's just a handful of UK shows early this year and none of these are "close" to home.
The static setlist is the main reason I'm not going to make the effort this year.
It'll be interesting to see if the setlist does change to mark the 50th year and how this compares with what "the other Yes" choose to play.

I cannot imagine that they would not make any changes to the setlist if they are advertising it as a 50th Anniv Tour. Of course, we all know there are certain staple tunes that will stay.

Ravinia Festival Highland Park for me. Will be pretty cool seeing them play that venue even if the set doesn't change.

If they drop Awaken and do Close To The Edge, I'll buy a ticket to Milwaukee as well. But something tells me they won't.

ya I am almost afraid that more rabin material will get the axe but hopefully he pushes to keep at least his meagre allotment of time.

Would like to see them again, but the trip over to Milwaukee is such a long slog. Hopefully they add a MN date.

No kidding. They have yet to play Dallas or Houston although they played San Antonio and Austin on back to back nights-maybe there was a day off in between.

Yeah, I was planning on holding out for new material, but I think this could be a great night.

Looks like they have their own “mystery period” from Sept 10 -Nov 5.

Interesting that they were booked at the 1500-seat Parx Casino in Bensalem for their “Philly” show instead of the 1300-Keswick theater that they played last time. In fact, if I recall correctly, they did two shows at the Keswick last time.

Interesting, but the venue they're playing in the DC area -- MGM Grand -- is a ridiculously over-priced venue. May need to see what the setlist is like first.

    I believe you're correct.

Which only lends credence to the idea that their first tour did as well as it did because it was a curiosity. No one knew what to expect, and we were curious to hear Rabin and Wakeman together. Jon was singing live again.

After seeing that (and enjoying it), that curiosity factor just isn't there if they're going to trot out that same, tired setlist.

They're playing the WHISKY? Holy moley. They're at the Greek three days later - is the Whisky gig a fan club show or friends/family type thing?

The Whiskey must be the warm up gig, I bet its limited public availability.

^^^ Funny I was just watching some of the notorious Kansas Live at the Whisky video clips (going to see them tonight in Davenport) and I was thinking to myself "what a damn small stage that is...". Can't even imaging Wakeman up there by himself with his many racks of keyboards.

    That's not a stage it's a large table.
I happen to love that video concert, although it often appears they are playing and singing to a backing track.
And Walsh's antics on stage that close, you can see the veins in his neck or arms as he does a handstand on the keyboard.
And then there's the infamous guy at the front of the stage with a cap on that looks like a hermit crab.

Hope you have a great time, I think Ronnie has really filled the hole left by Steve leaving. I didn't expect to like him but after getting the Prelude Impact he won me over. What a great album.
