Hey looking for a little help. I posted about the damaged LP earlier. I contacted the customer service which is TM stores which I believe is throughout Europe. Anyway, got a standard canned email about returns etc from them. Before I jump through the hoops that TM wants me to I was wondering if anyone has a different contact closer to the source that I might try?
I ask because anytime I have had an issue with anything I've ordered from say, Steve Hacketts website as an example, I've gotten direct responses from Steve or his wife and the issue has been taken care of swiftly and painlessly. For me anyway. I did order the deluxe package direct through Tony Banks website. Thanks if anyone can help out.
