An announcement of a tour for '18

Ok, PE...Get our thinking caps together. A band who hasn't played the US since '75 is set to announce a US tour next week. Any ideas???

Give us a hint - like their last names or IQ's......
If it isn't Krautrock, it's krap.

In this day and age I think it incumbent upon us to find humor where, when and how we can.

No claim is made as to quality of said humor.

My best guess is the DeFranco Family.

    We have a winner!

I would crawl through broken glass to see "Life Is A Rock" performed live (yeah, Reunion, technically not the Family).

Hmmmmm..... You're implying a foreign band by the way you say that. However, it could also be a band - even a US band - that broke up in 1975 and hasn't played anywhere since then. Do you know the answer yourself, or did someone else pose the question to you?

    Soft Machine

    John Etheridge - guitar
    Roy Babbington - bass
    John Marshall - drums
Theo Travis - sax, flute, keyboards

They're touring the UK in November under the name Soft Machine, not Soft Machine Legacy

That's the one that came to mind first, but didn't they open for Yes in the USA later than '75?

Gryphon was the first band I thought of, did Comus ever tour the States?
