Auto-buy. I hope against hope, that they will be able to come back to North America for more live gigs!

Great video of them performing the title track at a festival recently. Pretty awesome they were able to play this music in front of a crowd that large.

Pre-ordered the LP. Can't wait to hear it.

Watched that last night with a silly grin on my face, took me back their show at the Orion that was outstanding.

It was an awesome show @ Orion

I'm only just starting to dive into Rights but so far I'm loving it.

My favorite part of this tune starts at around 11:00 or so. Is there other stuff happening like either prerecorded tape or sampling, or am I just hearing things?

That video is awesome. I don't know if there is anything else going on - maybe they have some pedals going on that are doing some fancy stuff (that I, as a non-musician, have no idea about).

I can't wait for this one!

Funny band name by the way Schneller (means faster) Toller (a progression of either awesome or mad ) (like more awesome than..))
Meier is an old word for tenant (which totally lost it's meaning) and one of the most common family names in German speaking countries.
(also spelled Maier, Meyer, Mayer etc. etc. etc.) (so most likely means everyone or anyone in this context)

Do you know where in CH these guys hail from?

No tapes. No sampling. Guitar, Bass, Drums. There is use of delays / loop boxes.

Very impressive. They display pretty masterful usage of those things, I swear I thought I was hearing some tape, etc. Really interesting direction, almost minimalist aesthetics but definitely have their own unique "thing" going on. I was really digging how the tune developed over the 16+ minutes with excellent use of dynamics in both directions. Fantastic musicians with a great group chemistry.

Great stuff -- original, creative, impressively precise, very musical. I liked the first half of "Rights" and thought the second didn't do enough to justify its incoherence, but then I don't like avant as a rule, so that's not news.

In places it reminds me of Thrang Thrang Gozinbulx. But the minimalism and patient development give this more substance.

I don't see how "false Schnellertollermeier prog" became a thing.

It died. It's being sent out on the road as "Death to false hologram ['uh...Clem'] prog!"
