Movers seriously dented my Studio Zund box. Advice?

Anyone have any experience with this kind of thing? The movers, who even wrapped toothbrushes in wads of paper, just tossed my Studio Zund box in a box with a bunch of lightbulbs, pens, and random crap. No packing wrap at all. There is now a big dent and some scratches on the box set case. CDs and individual cases are all fine. They say I've got 30 days to claim damages.

The set goes for between $300 and $400 these days on Ebay.

I don't have any advice on that, but I do have words of warning when moving that happened to me and that is if you have fairly valuable stuff: jewelry, watches, coins, valuables, etc. Either move them yourself, put in a safety deposit box, etc. I had some stolen the last time I moved.

Make a claim on damages. Tell them the boxset was a valuable collectible which has been seriously devalued due to the damage.

You don't have anything to lose if you make a claim.
