Have you tried plugging in some of the lyrics into a Google search?
I don't like country music, but I don't mean to denigrate those who do. And for the people who like country music, denigrate means 'put down.'- Bob Newhart
I just tried using Siri. She couldn't figure it out. I think the quality is too low.

yes I have, but couldn't hear the lyrics that well. One of the lyrics line I hear in the song is "If you leave, you'll never come back"
I've tried Siri, I've tried Shazam, I've tried deciphering lyrics ... the sample is too lo-fi to provide usable input.
Based on another song-piece I found a site where they say it's Bugsy Maugh - Give me time to love you
Listening to your song did throw up the suggestion of listening to these guys though. Wow, I'm sure glad I did!

sounds like The Mondels.... possibly a lost demo
I also tried looking in Discogs but I can't seem to find it but the lyrics does sound like "Give me time to love you"
I heard this song on the radio.
