The whole thing's on the 'Tube!

The soundtrack is also pretty good, BTW:

Just found the dvd on amazon quite cheap. Looking forward to watch it.

This is some good stuff. Funny that they're billed here as "Quaeschning & Schnauss," not Tangerine Dream. Is it because Hoshiko isn't involved? Either way, I think that's how they should go forward, as Q&S, not Tangerine Dream.

^Check out "Cats and Dogs" (might be my fave), and "A Calm But Steady Flow," too.

Honestly, the whole album is pretty great. I actually found it because prior to release the album was available as library music from an online service.

I am not sure why the Q&S moniker instead of TD proper, to be honest...but I don't disagree. This works, and doesn't necessarily need all the baggage that comes with calling it TD.

I *am* curious to hear more of these supposed "Sessions" that they're releasing along with Quantum Gate. The 4 PM session from Particles was remarkably 70's improv style in form...
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

I have ZERO proof or concrete anything behind what I'm about to throw out there, but...

IMHO at this point TD may be starting to become a bit like ZFT, with EF's widow driving things forward. And she may be pushing that any/all music from post-EF TD has to be based heavily upon the work that EF already had done. A project like this, more or less completely apart from anything that EF might have done, may not "fit" in that paradigm.

Again, pure 100% grade-A speculation. Which means it might also be pure 100% grade-A horseshiat

I think it is, too. Imagine what she's sitting on. All kinds of goodies lay at rest within Edgar's archives. All the Streethawk tapes are in there, I bet!

And what of the Sorcerer reels Friedkin sent to Berlin before Edgar passed away? There was supposed to be some mondo deluxe Sorcerer reissue.

A real copy of the Keep might be buried in there somewhere!

I'd bet on it. But we've got Kit Rae's 2CD dee-luxe set on YT, so I'm good.
