Pretty decent effort on Sina's part.
Good to see young people can still
appreciate classic Prog music!

most of the gifted young kids are attracted to the great classic Yes. Or Genesis or KC etc
good to know they know great interesting music when they hear it
Nice to see (and hear) there are millenials coming out of nowhere not just professing their love of prog, but being able to rock the classics of the genre.

Yes, impressive work. Good energy and mostly good timing. She lost it a little during the "Eagle's dancing wings" section, but then Alan White could never get that part, either! Nobody can do it like Bruford!
I think she was sort of doing double duty there - I think she was trying to emulate on the ride/bell the part that Bruford played on a separate track on that tune, where he was actually playing it on some glass milk bottles, the story goes. That track was put on top of his playing the kit with two hands. So she's playing four hands worth of parts with two hands. Not bad.
She's not only very good... she's GREAT !
Look at her Chicago's 25 or 6 to 4 cover: brilliant ! Even Danny Seraphine himself was impressed:
"Wow awesome performance Sina!!!! I love your feel and interpretation of my drum part. I hope someday we can meet and you can give me a lesson!! peace Danny Seraphine
Another excellent cover: Rush Tom Sawyer
I showed these to a friend of mine who's a pro drummer and his jaws allmost dropped to the floor. He was looking for some "tricks" but had to admit there aren't any.

"Henry Cow always wanted to push itself, so sometimes we would write music that we couldn't actually play – I found that very encouraging." - Lindsay Cooper, 1998

her Carry on Wayward Son and Pull Me Under are good
especially the double pedal work on the latter
Why is it whenever someone mentions an artist that was clearly progressive (yet not the Symph weenie definition of Prog) do certain people feel compelled to snort "thats not Prog" like a whiny 5th grader?
If you like Dire Straits, especially the live Alchemy album, which had Terry Williams on drums, check out her Sultans of Swing video,
which she says (in the notes) was a tribute to him. When I ran into that video about a month ago, I listened to it
several times -- she was excellent -- Alchemy is one of my favorite among all live rock albums.
She writes: "I did not cover his Live drum part note for note but I played 'in the style of' Terry Williams."
