    Suburban Savages - an Panzerpappa offshoot - presents "Kore Wa!" June 9th!

    Hello everybody! After seven years in the making, the new album by Suburban Savages is ready! Our music has been described as “A sort of mishmash between Brian Eno’s experimental pop music, Gentle Giant's counterpoint exercises, Happy the Man and Kit Watkins' joyful progressive rock, Lars Hollmer's sentimental melodies, Steve Reich's minimalism and post rock with a twist”.

    Label: Apollon Records Prog
    Release date: June 9th 2017
    Release party at Café Mir, Oslo, Saturday June 10th.
    Plays at Close To The Rain festival in Bergen, June 3th.

    Line-up:
    *Trond Gjellum (from PANZERPAPPA): Drums, percussion, lead and backing vocals, programming, keyboards
    *Anders Kristian Krabberød (from PANZERPAPPA): Bass guitars
    *Nina Hagen Kaldhol: Electric guitars, Moog guitar
    *Hans-Petter Alfredsen (formerly from PANZERPAPPA): Keyboards
    *Mari Lesteberg: Keyboards
    *Thomas Meidell: Electric guitars, baritone guitar, vocals, noises
    *Ketil Vestrum Einarsen (from White Willow): Vocals, flute

    Will the CD and vinyl be released simultaneously, Trond? Or will I have to wait for the latter?

    Hopefully we will have the vinyl ready for 10th of June. We will play a concert with Glutton June 27. at Uhørt in Oslo, and it will definitively be available then.
