At the Jobson-Bonilla show the other night, they said there's a plan for a Boston(Arlington) show in October.

July 14, 2017: CDs begin to ship out for both U.S., U.K., Europe and rest of world.
Note: They will ship in order of first-come-first-served via existing Pre-Orders.
