Good luck selling it Sheila. TOo bad you can't make it.

Time for another unofficial ticket sales update:
Friday - 548
Sat./Sunday - 613
Another 20 tickets and they surpass last year's peak crowd. Pretty great to be at that level 66 days before the fest. I'll wait till it passes last year's number of 632 before posting another update.
Originally there were 4 of us who were sitting together. Now, one of my other friends is unable to go.
So, I'm willing to sell either my single ticket, the pair of tickets, or two single tickets.
The seats for both Friday and the rest of the weekend are all pretty much in the center, in front of the soundboard. The sound should be excellent. And yes, the tickets will cost you less than what you would have to normally pay for them. That's your incentive - plus helping out a broke chick.
We are getting closer to last year's total, but I can't update the ticket sales just yet. Another few days should do it though.
Yanks, where are you getting your information from? I didn't think these figures were made available to the public.

He's looking at the seating chart for available seats.

Bingo! Yup, nothing scientific here, just counting the empty seats, and thankfully there are not many. It's unofficial since I have nothing to do with the running of the fest. I have not heard anything from the organizers about not doing this. If they objected I wouldn't post the numbers of course. Since the numbers are good, nothing to worry about.
Well, regardless of it selling out or not, I know at least two people trying to sell their tickets because their plans have changed. So, there's still a good chance that people can go if they can afford to.

It will be good to see everyone again. No road trip. But at least we will be there! Glad to see ticket sales have been good.
Yay! I can finally post a new ticket sales update!
Friday 5/3 - 562 Tickets
Sat./Sunday 5/4, 5/5 - 634 Tickets
634, that tops last year's peak total of 632, and yet still 49 days to go until the fest. Record crowd I believe too. Way to go guys and gals!
Time for a new update on ticket sales as of 3/25, slow but steady..., and as always, unofficial.
Friday 5/3 - 573 Tickets
Sat./Sunday 5/4, 5/5 - 651 Tickets
As to the best seats for Sat./Sun., just 11 seats left in the center floor section, 4 in the center balcony. And just 6 isle seats on the sides, for those who drink too many beers. But even the "bad" seats are pretty good.
I think we need to start one of those countdown threads once it's 30 days till the fest, which is next week.
Uncle Norm used to do the Countdowns. I don't see him around too much anymore.

Well Wednesday will start the 30 day countdown. At worst I'll have an updated ticket sale count. I will say this much, according to a Progression article, the 2010 edition is the highest attendance, 654 tickets. If that is accurate, the record is now history! I still want to see over 700 tickets sold, that seems like a nice, solid number for a fest. Not sure if there is enough time or interest for that to happen, but it would be great.
What the heck, I'll jump the gun, new totals as of 4/1:
Friday 5/3 - 581 Tickets
Sat./Sunday 5/4, 5/5 - 663 Tickets
