Jon Anderson and Jon Davison Album?

JD said they will show the world the true spirit of Yes by making an album together.

    Will it happen?

Oh thank god. I was worried we were running low on Yes related threads.
If you're actually reading this then chances are you already have my last album but if NOT and you're curious:

Fantastic! This is the best news I've heard since I found out that Time-Warner cable is now Spectrum!

Will it be known as the third co-existing versions of YES?

Music isn't about chops, or even about talent - it's about sound and the way that sound communicates to people. Mike Keneally

What percentage of the fans will consider the album an insult to Trevor Horn?

Actually, it's also scheduled to include fellow singers Don Janderson and Dave Jonison.

Yep...who wouldn't love to hear the music of Heaven and Earth but with endless goddamned vocals that never stop for more than .0002 milliseconds?

I would like to hear a version of Yes with JA on lead vocals and JD taking over Squire's vocal parts. Billy can still play bass.

Having seen ARW live, current Yes live, and the HoF videos, I can say the thing I miss most is Chris's singing.

Probably add this to the long list of Anderson projects that are never going past the conceptualization stage.

You are correct. As much as Billy, and even Pomeroy, can play the bass lines, Chris' voice can not be replicated. It is very much missed on stage.

It wont happen. I bet when Jon A goes to his local supermarket he tells the girl on the checkout that they'll make an album together.

Hmm... JD plays bass. Not sure what his skill level is though.

And yes, Chris' voice is sorely missing from both camps.
