New Pink Floyd cover of "Hey You" by Bobaflex

West Virginia band Bobaflex are working on their eighth album and have released their remake of "Hey You" as it's lead single.

Bobaflex guitarist/singer Marty McCoy says, "The video is a tribute to Pink Floyd's Live at Pompeii. We went for the 'old film' look. It was a lot of fun to shoot, and I think it turned out awesome. We hope you enjoy it as much as we did."

It is well done, actually nearly perfect

However somehow I do not see the point when the bands do a cover song that sounds "exactly" like original. I just like little bit originality in my cover music.

I agree with Progmatic; the only thing added here is a bit of volume. The only "exact covers" I care for are the ones on side two of Rundgren's Faithful, which actually I don't *like* so much as *respect* as a demonstration of the man's studio wizardry...
Cobra handling and cocaine use are a bad mix.
