The Crazy World of Arthur Brown Tour 2017

The Crazy World of Arthur Brown Tour 2017, is coming to Los Angeles on February 15 2017. I know he may not be considered prog, but I was wondering if anybody has seen his show lately. It looks like an interesting show. How is his voice? Does he still use the hat with fire?

Any other dates? His website doesn't seem to list any 2017 shows yet.

I have seen him twice in this millenia,
He is fantastic, still has the voice and puts on a great show,
Last time I saw him in Le-Guess-Who festival in Utrecht (2015? I think) and it was very good,
He did some very proggy material from Kingdom Come which really took me by surprise.

Saw him in spring '14 (with that good lookin' gal on axe), donning Tusmørke as support - and he was amazingly great. His voice still holds up, and although the dude is 76 or something, he pulled all the necessary vocal stops. He was funny, inspired and appeared genuinely touched by the sheer enthusiasm of the audience. I believe there were some 250 people there that night.

Ugh, I hate Slim's. I even passed up Magma when they played there. But for the God of Hell Fire I'll just have to tough it out.

Last tour, Magma played Great American Music Hall. Did you catch them there? I'd love to see Arthur Brown, Slim's or elsewhere. Dada is playing February 19 at Hotel Utah!!!

Not considered prog, are you effing kidding me? He's more prog than 99.99% of the bands discussed on this forum!

My cousin and I have our tickets for New York City! Rooaaaad trip! One day to drive, one day to hang around NYC and see show, and one day to drive home. Can't wait. Saw Arthur last about 8-9-10 years ago, something like that. Just him and one multi-instrumentalist...was superb!
