A tribute to Keith Emerson & Greg Lake

To be fair, compared to the Keith Emerson tribute, this one rates as average and not more than that. Listening to this, after hearing the Keith Emerson tribute concert, is a bit of a disappointment.
Yes, it has some great names, like: Todd Rundgren, Brian Auger, Derek Sherinian, David Sancious, Larry Fast, Thijs van Leer, Patrick Moraz, Sonja Kristina, Steve Porcaro, Geoff Downes, Arthur Brown and Jordan Rudess.
Besides it has 2 sons of Keith Emerson, The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra (on the bonus-track).
It has Jon Davidson, Billy Sherwood and Jay Schellen (haven't they all been involved in trying to keep Yes alive (or on life-support)?)
And it has some names that don't ring any bells for me, like: Leslie Hunt, John Wesley and Martin Turner (wasn't he a member of Wishbone Ash?)

It is also rather short, less than 50 minutes.

It would have been nice if one of those tributes would have had Carl Palmer.

I have to think of the Jon Lord tribute from the Sunflower Jam, two albums celebrating Jon Lord the composer and Jon Lord the rock legend, which also features Deep Purple on one CD.

    I'm still waiting for Magma - 2

Ah yes. The Vigil is quite excellent, eh? I dug it out after Chick passed, having not listened to it in some time. So good....

I did the same thing, and I agree.
