Yes appearance in a Toonami promo

Just saw the new promo for the upcoming JoJo's Bizarre Adventure on Cartoon Network. It uses Yes' Roundabout as the soundtrack.

Certainly there have been enough progressive rock references from the Adult Swim/Toonami folks over the years.

That was... what did I watch?

I'm glad that Yes is getting the attention, but that had to be the most insane mismatch of music to visuals/dialogue that I've ever seen.

I liked the video of the hottie stripping to "Roundabout" better.

The cartoon was annoying, but OK, it does qualify as a YES sighting.

I saw a couple Yes mentions in an episode of Last Man Standing in syndication last week. Probably old news.

They may as well used Jo Jo by Boz Scaggs for all the sense that made.

After watching the first episode, I now know use of the song wasn't all that random: it is the closing theme for the show.

?? Do you mean the scene in "Buffalo '66" with "Heart of the Sunrise"?

No, he means Katee Owen dancing to "Roundabout."

My videos with Yes performing Roundabout has the numbers of views increased significantly after this Anime. It's a nice enter to the band for that public that watches Anime.
I had to disable comments because all day had dozens of people posting the phrase "To Be Continued".
Same sort of thing happened with Kansas on Supernatural and Asia with Only Time Will Tell on the game Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain.

    It's huge

This is what finally qualified them for inclusion in the R&R HoF
