Waters is teasing a project on FB called Us+Them which may or may not be the long rumored new studio project.

http://roger-waters.com/ Website has that teaser too. Rumors are that it is-

    A new album.
A new album of reworked old material.
A live album of the current Mexico/Desert shows.
The name of his upcoming tour (Fingers crossed for that one.)

Long shot- He and Gilmour (well, Pigs are flying again.) will play several select dates as Pink Floyd, including a 5+ night residency in NYC and London.

Lots of chatter on social media that Gilmour was to show up last night; prolly for "Comfortably Numb". May happen next week still. May not.

I'd put Money (ahem) on it being a live album from the current shows, or, hopefully a tour of this "Best Of Pink Floyd" material.

Indeed. Roger Waters and Pink Floyd have always appreciated the value of professional branding, design and communications. I would have expected nothing less from him.

It is not Thatcher (at least in the song). Waters is no Socialist.

When Rog was the guest on the Eric Ripert cooking show a couple of years back, he described his family as being Socialists...not that there's anything wrong with that...

If that is true I guess they must be turning in their graves - if they are dead of course, as little Roger turned out to be an avid, even (if you'll forgive me), a rabid fan of fox-hunting - usually a pass-time of the nasty idle rich. So much so that the reason he left the UK was because of their passing into law a ban on fox-hunting - or as Oscar Wilde observed:
"The Unspeakable in Pursuit of the Uneatable".

He really sounds great nearly 40 years later.

^ I really enjoyed that performance - especially the accompanying visuals

    Interesting little post-

*** "Pink Floyd reunites to stand with the Women of the Gaza Freedom Flotilla" - David Gilmour, Nick Mason and Roger Waters stand united in support of the Women of the Gaza Freedom Flotilla, and deplore their illegal arrest and detention in international waters by the Israeli Defense Force. ***

    Hmmmmm....

Way too intelligent to become a vegan (or a vegetarian FTM)

Wouldn't call it prophetic, because sadly it was fairly predictable with a certain hindsight.

The show looks fantastic. I'm not a Waters solo fan, but would see this in a heartbeat! IF I could get tickets that is!
The idea of Gilmour being in any way involved is sheer unmitigated madness. He doesn't play his OWN old solo work which he's already stated he has no connection to at all, much less playing Animals. On a stage with Waters.
    Don't see that happening.
So congrats to Waters for bringing this music back to life, as a solo artist.
