Aram Bajakian (guitar)-There Were Flowers Also In Hell-trio cd-self released

In yet another recent perusing of the seemingly endless variety of music on Bandcamp, i happily came upon this trio cd release by guitarist
Aram Bajakian, titled There Were Flowers Also In Hell.Bajakian has played with John Zorn,Marc Ribot and Diana Krall(!).The music on this cd touches on blues, a touch of country-western, a bit of skronk, a bit of free-jazz;but none of it sounds like a pastiche, to me.It sounds like great music.

I've played this cd several times over the past few days and it sounds better and deeper with each listen.Check it out.
