I'm not sure you can count "Mother."

10cc had some of the “new guys” singing on a couple of tracks of their later albums. Stuart Tosh sings the main lead vocal on “Reds in My Bed.” Rick Fenn sings lead on “Don’t Send We Back.” Neither is particularly brilliant, but it is interesting.

Guitarist Don Felder sang lead on only one song with The Eagles, “Visions” from the 1975 One of These Nights album.

Did anyone mention Nick Mason? He sang on Corporal Clegg, Scream Thy Last Scream and something called The Xmas Song, and he also did the spoken word bits in Signs Of Life, Learning To Fly, and of course One Of These Days.

Fanny are mentioned in a parallel thread, there’s one song featuring lead vocals by their drummer Alice de Buhr: “Solid Gold.” And she can’t really sing, so as you might imagine it’s more of a joke song.

As near as I can figure, “Time Takes My Time” is the only Dave Greenslade lead vocal.

Distantly related, Paul Karas got the occasional co-lead (with Steve Gould) during his brief time with Rare Bird, notably on “Baby Listen.”

I always thought the "weariness" in his vocal was perfect on that song; I loved it!
I don't know how he would have fared on other tunes.

Chris Squire on Man on the Moon from the Open Your Eyes album. Yeah, I know most consider it one of their worst but it's still Chris singing lead which is the only time he did that afaik.

Tight harmony here with lead vocal by Keith Moon...
Cobra handling and cocaine use are a bad mix.

He has a few lead bits on Drama, notably on “Machine Messiah.”
