I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Moody Blues yet (Justin, John and Mike)

We're trying to build a monument to show that we were here
It won't be visible through the air
And there won't be any shade to cool the monument to prove that we were here. - Gene Parsons, 1973

Utopia - every member sang lead vocal on the albums from 1977 to 1985, except Swing To The Right, Oblivion and POV, where everyone but drummer Willie Wilcox sang lead.

Interesting that CSN(Y) have been mentioned, but not both Buffalo Springfield (Stills, Young, Furay) & Poco (Furay, Paul Cotton & Rusty Young (on 1 song)

Bread and Stealer's Wheel each had four singer-songwriters. In fairness, some were more effective in the band than others.

Yeah, I was thinking of them because their harmonies remind me so much of early Chicago harmonies, but I wasn't sure if each one of them had a lead spot.

Fisher sang "Boredom," "Wreck of the Hesperus," and "Pilgrim's Progress" on A Salty Dog. He left after that album, but Trower continued to contribute occasional vocals, including "Song for a Dreamer" and "Poor Mohammed" on his last album with the band, Broken Barricades. After that, Gary Brooker got the microphone all to himself--which is as it should be!

The obvious answer - to me at least - is Teenage Fanclub

    Also, Blue Oyster Cult

Seems like Toto would be in the mix, not sure.

Bangles (Hoffs, Michael Steele (not the RNC guy), Peterson sister that played guitar (not drummer sister)

More if I think of them
I can see you mentioning the Pie. King for a Day blows me apart, Geezer.

Bread only had two lead singers (David Gates and Jimmy Griffin), except on the album Guitar Man where Larry Knechtel sings one.

Jefferson Airplane / Starship. Slick, Balin, Kantner, Jorma (and later Thomas) all sang lead.

The Doors tried for 3, but they really only had one.

I can’t believe it took till post #37 to get to a famous, popular band with three dedicated lead singers!

Also their Can-Con knock-off band, Deja Vu:

City Boy had three lead singers after Roy Ward joined on drums. He sang lead on their biggest and most famous hit, “5-7-0-5.”

It was Trower I was thinking of as the second singer - thought he did more lead vox than that.
