It's already been sold (£18,000!), and Paul McCartney was given an audio transfer for his personal archive.

Based on the 20-second sample, it's a bit much to call it a 'Beatles' demo...it's a solo demo. Historically it's of massive importance though, a genuinely big find.

Most of their demos are solo. He was a Beatle at the time. L&M had songwriting credit, I'm pretty sure. So, it's not a stretch to call it a Beatles demo.

Can't listen to it on the link. Maybe a US/UK thing.

Many after, too. Like Zalman King’s You Gotta Walk It Like You Talk It (Or You’ll Lose That Beat), the only thing of which survives is the soundtrack by Walter Becker, Donald Fagen and Denny Dias (before Steely Dan was a thing):

According to Paul Fishman in Prog Rock FAQ Absolute Elsewhere recorded a second album for Warner Bros, called "Playground", which was never released. Bill Bruford was replaced by Andrew McCulloch.
