This is turning into a prison beating, Vic.
Yeah, their new turnover chain got shoved up their asses. Well, the next 3 opponents are cupcakes.
And now the HC is being torched alive on sportstalk radio.
Ahhh, the Irish wrinkled some maize khakis this weekend. Sweet victory. Harbaugh 9-9 in his last 18 games. The ESPN Gameday crew was there for this one (about time, they usually don't do ND home games anymore because they are broadcast on NBC). I really couldn't get close enough to see much due to the students being there for hours before it started, but it was quite a spectacle. 25th anniversary of the first ever ESPN Gameday on campus broadcast, which was for the November 1993 epic #1 9-0 Florida St vs #2 9-0 Notre Dame (Notre Dame whupped their asses). I was there for that one too, only Corso remains from that first one.

Just watched the Buckeyes smash the Jersey Boys. The season is shaping up much like I expected. Only about a quarter of the ESPN punditry picked the Bucks for the Final Four, and none had them winning the National Championship. I suppose much of that is due to a new starting QB. What they failed to take into account is that we now have a QB who can pass the football, and is particularly effective with the deep ball. He's significantly better than JT Barrett. They're rotating 2 or 3 athletic interchangeable parts at every position, and should gel and get even better as the season goes along, barring key injuries. I wonder what the book is on betting an Alabama-Ohio St final right now? Might be worth my while to look into that.
The Hurricanes are blowing out Savannah State. National Championship here we come. Woo woo..........
The Badgers rushed for 417 yards (Jonathan Taylor had 253) & A.J. Taylor had 134 yards on 5 catches & a TD against New Mexico. Yeah, they were supposed to beat them by at least 20 (it was 31), but you don't see 400+ yards rushing too often.

Gotta root for the MAC in this one. Toledo should be in the hunt for a MAC championship again this year. Their star quarterback graduated last year, so the new guy (I think he is a transfer) does not quite seem to be in sync with the system yet.
We are going to the WMU / DSU game tonight. Tailgate starts in about an hour.
I was being a smartass when I posted previously. Guess what. Toledo has scored 14 unanswered points. .....gulp.........
Jeezuz, the Hurricanes secondary can't get outta their own way. Toledo scores again.
Florida State looks horrible. What is happening in Tahallassy.....
Wow, Syracuse demolishes Free Shoes University (Fla St), and Troy! (not the Men of Troy) beats Nebraska at home. The Scott Frost era begins with a whimper. If he had stayed at Central Florida he'd probably have the best team in the State of Fla....
Watching the Tigers vs. Tigers. Pretty good game so far.
Yep. The Tigers beat the Tigers. Way to go Tigers.
