Well, Library records are small run pressings, but the term "Library" means that it is a recording of largely incidental music, to be used as musical interludes or a bed for voice-overs in commercial settings. Labels like de Wolfe, KPM and Bruton are well known Library labels.
In the Progressive Rock world, the one most connected to Library music is Anthony Phillips.
