Just got my tickets for Cincinnati on Feb 27th

Saw them on the last tour & they were great fun, though I felt a bit old and out of place as the only person without a cellphone camera.

I blame Wynton, what was the question?

Already playing some casinos- what a bunch of hasbeens!!
I saw them last tour and really enjoyed it.
I do like the new album more than the last one, but I'll probably pass on them this time. I don't feel like spending $65 + charges for tickets.
No DC area.
WANTED: Sig-worthy quote.
Saw them tonight in Cinci in an arena about 80% full. Very good set, great stage show, sound not great. Had a really good time.

wish they were coming to Philly. Suprised it wasn't a sell out.
My son is seeing them in New York he's been trying to tell me that there shows are comparable to Pink Floyd's. I never seen them live but I have see Floyd and that a pretty big comparison to be making.
The stage show was great, big curved video screen behind the band, another big pyramid one over the band, loads of laser, lights video & effects. The lights and effects matched the music extremely well.
There was a good mix of 20's, 30's and 40's plus, lots of women, lots of kids. There were a few aging proggers but not many.

Surprised there is no Philly show. IIRC they played 2 sold out or almost sold out shows last tour at the Wells Fargo/Wachovia/First Union/Spectrum 2 or whatever the fuck they call it now building.
on the fence about trying to go as the show is on Thursday evening, but if I do, it'll be the same deal as Rush and The Who = I go down to street outside Target Center and have $30 with me and find someone willing to sell me an extra ticket for that.
that's the way to do it. . I do this a lot. What's funny is when you get people trying to sell a ticket above face value or tell you how the show is awesome, once in a lifetime/whatever. I just shrug my shoulders and say "whatever, I'll be just as happy to go home and be in the comfort of my own home by 9pm today as I would be going to the show"
A close friend of mine and my daughter both love this band so I got sucked into going. I hope it will be entertaining.
